Whitbourn Holdings Group (WHG) is a privately owned company created originally in 1995 and has been established as a specialist in property project development/management business. WHG had originally worked on industrial property projects in Sydney, New South Wales, before expanding into Queensland with a renewed focus to commence development of medium density residential and commercial projects. Our development pipeline comprises of the acquisition, town planning and approval of boutique projects including management of our own properties.

Having already embarked in an industrial property career in 1983 and together with relevant professional property qualifications including property valuation, David Whitbourn had a vision for a future in property development.
By 1995, Whitbourn Holdings Pty Ltd was incorporated and by 1997 the first two office/warehouses were developed near Parramatta in Western Sydney.
After a successful program of industrial development in NSW, David set his sights on Queensland's Gold Coast and had moved the business office to Coolangatta in 2010. It wasn't long before Brisbane came into focus and by 2016 the company opened its main office in Brisbane City.
Whitbourn Holdings Group continues to progress with their vision of sustainable development and aim to leave a legacy of projects which improve the urban built environment whilst maintaining conservation values.
