The site comprises an area of about 1.5 hectares of general industry land backing onto the pacific motorway with easy access from the Chinderah interchange and being only 8km from Coolangatta airport. The approved industrial factory warehouse development for some 4,500 sqm represents a low site cover allowing for generous external areas.
